ZSP-5 level signaling kit (CPE float)

The ZSP-5 level signaling kit consists of five three-wire swimmers (no, NC, 0), which can be used as control circuit breakers or level changes. ZSP-5 allows various combinations such as:

• Attaching and off at least two pumps on two different levels thanks to separate swimmers and the other free as an alarm and dry -work (see ASPD).
• As five signaling swimmers for purposes other than pump control.

The signal cable in CPE cover (chlorinated polyethylene), very high resistance to an aggressive sewage environment, including mineral oils and many acids.

Sample control:

1. Alarm - A swimmer raised after exceeding the set level. Alarm level adjustable with the length of the working part of the float cable and the height of its suspension in the tank.
2. Start 2 - switching on the other with a float pumps. Spare retention determined by height between START 1 and START 2 swimmers.
3. Start 1 - switching on the first float pumps. The height of the retention is determined by the distance between STOP and Start swimmers 1.
4. Stop - Turning off pumps with one swimmer.
5. Drywood - absolute level of pump switching off in manual mode. Adjustable with the length of the swimmer's working part and its level of suspension in the tank.

The kit includes:

• Floats with cable - 5 pcs.
• Stainless stainless chain Ø2 - 1 pc.
• Stainless stainless sheds Ø3 - 2 pcs.
• Stainless stainless hook Ø10 - 1 pc.
• Fischer Ø10x80 - 1 pc.
• Cast iron weights - 2 pcs.
