ASPP 2 automation controlling a home pumping station with 2 pumps

Control of a home pumping station is the second easiest way to automatically work sewage pumps in the tank, right after a swimmer built directly into the pump. However, unlike this type of control, it allows you to control the operation of one or two pumps that do not have a built -in float and allows you to signal the alarm level. That is why our provisions of the ASPP 2 have a two -level control:
- Stop/Start - levels of switching and switching off pumps carried out on one swimmer due to the low retention in the tank. The size of the retention is regulated by the length of the working part of the swimmer and the level of its hanging.
- Alarm - Alarm signaling level with a tank overflow and additional switching on a second pump (or both in the event of a stop/start swimmer failure). In this mode, the pumps will work simultaneously in emergency mode and the alarm swimmer will take over the functions of the STOP/START swimmer while switching on the alarm.
In automatic mode, the pumps are alternating, and in situations of increased influx and switching on the alarm swimmer work simultaneously. In the event of a failure of one of the pumps, the other automatically takes over her work, and the user is notified of the emergency situation on the operator panel and optical and acoustic signaling on the control wardrobe housing.
In manual mode, it is possible to pump the liquid up to the level of pump suction, but be careful not to cause it to be announced and in the long run overheating and damage. The alarm works regardless of the car mode - manual.
Between the auto and manual modes is the "0" position causing all control and notifying functions to be turned off. This is not tantamount to cutting off the power supply, for this the main switch is used!
Wardrobe equipment:
- Non -flammable polyester housing with cable chokes.
- Main switch.
- Adjustable motor switch for each from pumps.
- Automatic/manual control.
- Optical-acoustic signaling rooster.
- Locked.
- Water and dustproof housing, resistant to weather conditions.
- Cokół to choose from the list:
- Version without a pedestal,
- with a dugged plug,
- or with a plinth for mounting on the tank plate.
The ASPP 2 control wardrobe does not contain swimmers that can be purchased separately. The recommended level of level signaling is ZSP-2.
