*Instruction: The customer is entitled to request the reimbursement of the price paid or reducing the price of the goods when:

a) the seller refused to bring the goods to compliance with the contract;

b) the seller did not lead the goods to compliance with the contract;

c) the lack of compliance of the goods with the contract still occurs, despite the fact that the seller tried to bring the goods to compliance with the contract;

d) the lack of compliance of the goods with the contract is so important that it justifies the reduction of the price or withdrawal from the contract without prior use of the possibility of repairing it or replacement;

e) from the Seller's statement or circumstances clearly shows that he will not lead the goods to compliance with the contract at a reasonable time or without excessive inconvenience to the consumer.
