SHIPPING POLICY

Order fulfillment

Orders are shipped from the warehouse in Sulejówek (ul. Kraszewskiego 92B). We make every effort to ensure that orders are processed efficiently and on time.

Delivery time

The standard delivery time in Poland is1-2 business daysfrom the moment the shipment is shipped. In the case of products available to order, the delivery time may be longer - about which the customer is informed individually before placing the order.

Delivery methods

We use shipping platforms, always selecting the most advantageous form of delivery in terms of price and delivery time. We cooperate with leading carriers operating in Poland.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually and depend on the value of the order and the dimensions of the goods. The exact amount of delivery costs is always visible before finalizing the order. Free delivery is available for selected orders - details are presented in the basket.

International shipping

Parcel tracking

After sending the parcel, the customer receives a tracking number, enabling him to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery problems

In the event of damage or loss of the shipment, please contact us immediately at info@dosciekow.pl. We consider each complaint individually and as a priority.
