AKG 50-50W adapters as the name suggests, they are used to connect various types of pumps and pipeline elements that do not have common connections using screws (flanges) or threads. Thanks to the use of unique and proprietary solutions of the EM4IS company, you can easily connect, for example, a pump with an internal thread with a flange coupling foot coupling or vice versa.
What are the differences between AKG adapters?
AKG flange-threaded adapters are distinguished by:
- full passage through the hydraulic system (through channel) of a ball with the dimensions included in the name of the adapters:
- 50-50Z - 50 mm (male thread)
- 50-50W - 50 mm (internal thread)
- 50-40Z - 40 mm (male thread)
- 50-32Z - 32 mm (male thread)
- oval holes enabling smooth adjustment of the screw spacing depending on the diameter of the connection flange from DN32 PN6 to DN65 PN6
- small construction dimensions
Construction of AKG adapters
Threaded flange adapters primarily consist of a square flange with oval holes and a threaded part, protruding for external threads and a threaded hole for internal threads. The whole is complemented by stainless steel mounting screws, washers, nuts and a flat gasket made of environmentally resistant EPDM. Advantages of AKG adapters
