Asal control and alarm automation for float pumps
Couldn't load pickup availability
The control and scale automation is designed for a pumping station with one pump with a built-in control swimmer. The main task of the ASAL security and tanning automation is to protect the pump against overvoltage and damage, and notify the user about the pump failure and the growing level of sewage in the tank. Therefore, the Asal system has its own alarm swimmer informing about the exceeded level, regardless of the fact that the pump has its built -in float controlling its operation.
- Alarm - Alarm signaling level with a tank overflow. The work of this swimmer is independent of the work of a swimmer built into the pump.
The pump works in automatic mode thanks to the built -in swimmer. The level of pump switching on is adjustable with the length of the working part of the float cable. It should not be shorter than 12-15cm.
Alarm level (swimmer switch) should be set above the level of pump switching on by adjusting the working part of the alarm float and the level of its suspension in the tank.
Due to the lack of an operator panel, maintenance or repair work in the control cabinet should be carried out only after the power supply is cut off with the main switch!

If the pump supplying cable is equipped with a network plug, it should be cut off and the cable into the housing through the appropriate choke. Only in this way can water and dust be tightness of the control wardrobe.
