Control of a rain pumping station differs from the control of a regular sewage pumping pumping time between switching on subsequent pumps and the switching on alarm signaling. This is due to the frequent need to switch on two or more pumps to immediately get rid of rainwater from the tank during, for example, Naval rain. However, this is not an extraordinary situation because rain pumping stations are designed for the maximum expenditure on all pumps working in parallel. Therefore, we use in our ASPD sfive -level termination:
Alarm - Alarm signaling exceeded.
Start 2 - level of switching on the second pump (next) in automatic mode.
Start 1 - level of switching on the first pump (one of ...) in automatic mode.
Stop - Pump switching level in automatic mode after emptying the tank.
Drywood - The lowest level indicating a insufficient liquid level for cooling pump engines as well as the risk of them to be announced.
In manual mode, it is possible to pump the liquid to the dry -working level, while the pump is switched on only using the Start buttons on the operator panel. The alarm works regardless of the car mode - manual.
Between the auto and manual modes is the "0" position causing all control and notifying functions to be turned off. This is not tantamount to cutting off the power supply, for this the main switch is used!
Wardrobe equipment:
Non -flammable polyester housing with cable chokes
CREMBER WITH OPERATOR PANEL
Main switch
Residual-current lumod
Setting motor switches for each pump
Control modes: Auto - 0 - Manual
Alternating work of two pumps, in the event of a failure, the other completely takes over her work
At continuous operation of the pump over 20 minutes, the pumps are converted
At a large inflow, the second support pump is switched on and work in parallel
For pumps with a power up to 4kW direct start, for pumps above 4kW as standard Star start-tire boat y/δ. Starting via Soft-Start valued individually
CR3.1 module for the T1T2 thermal circuit and a possible leak probe
Working time counter for each pump (LCP)
230 V service socket (GN230)
Signaling of the level of controls on the panel
Five control levels: Suchobieg - Stop - Start1 - Start2 - Alarm
Five control swimmers: Suchobieg - Stop - Start1 - Start2 - Alarm
Optical-acoustic signaling rooster
Key closing
Water and dustproof housing, resistant to weather conditions
Optional: heater with a thermostat (GT), AGREGATE-0-SIEC (GNAS) socket
Cokół to choose from the list:
Version without a pedestal,
with a dugged plug
or with a plinth for mounting on the tank plate.
The ASPD control wardrobe does not contain swimmers that can be purchased separately. Recommended ZSP-5 level signaling set.
