The right selection of the pump is the basis for its efficiency and durability.

The control of a municipal pumping station with one pump is characterized by a separate level of pump switching and switching off, which allows you to properly regulate the level of retention, and in the event of its exceeding the alarm signaling is switched on. 

Therefore, we use in our ASPK control wardrobes sfour -level termination:

  1. Drywood -The lowest level indicating a insufficient liquid level for cooling pump engines as well as the risk of them to be announced.
  2. Stop - Pump switching level in automatic mode after emptying the tank.
  3. Start - level of switching on the first pump in automatic mode. 
  4. Alarm - Alarm alarm level.

In manual mode, it is possible to pump the liquid to the dry-working level, while the pump is switched on only using the start-stop knobs on the operator panel. The alarm works regardless of the car mode - manual.

Between the auto and manual modes is the "0" position causing all control and notifying functions to be turned off. This is not tantamount to cutting off the power supply, for this the main switch is used!

  • Control modes: automatic / 0 / manual.
  • For pumps with a power up to 4kW direct start, for pumps over 5kW in the Standard Star-Tychyku Y/δ Store. Starting via Soft-Start is valued individually.
  • CR3.1 module for the T1T2 thermal circuit and a possible leak probe.
  • Working time for the pump (LCP).
  • 230 V service socket (GN230).

  • Optional: heater with thermostat (GT), Aggregate-0-Sieć (GNAS) socket.

The ASPK control wardrobe does not contain swimmers that can be purchased separately. Recommended ZSP-4 level signaling set.
