Control of a housing estate pumping station EM4IS ASPO It is much more demanding than for a home pumping station (despite their often pumping dimensions). Theoretically, pump operation does not differ radically, but the system's responsibility and the expectation of reliability are much more increasing. Therefore, in our control wardrobes Aspo we use sthree -level termination:

  1. Drywood - The lowest level indicating a insufficient liquid level for cooling pump engines as well as the risk of them to be announced.
  2. Stop/Start - levels of pump switching and switching off (alternately once, once, once), carried out on one swimmer due to the slight retention in the tank. The retention size is regulated by the length of the working part of the float cable. 
  3. Alarm - Alarm signaling level with a tank overflow and switching on a second pump. In addition, in the event of a STOP/Start swimmer failure, the pumps will work in an emergency mode between the drywall and the alarm.

In manual mode, it is possible to pump the liquid to the dry -working level, while the pump is switched on only using the Start buttons on the operator panel.

The alarm works regardless of the car mode - manual.

Between the auto and manual modes is the "0" position causing all control and notifying functions to be turned off. This is not tantamount to cutting off the power supply, for this the main switch is used!
