ASPP 2 Automation controlling a home pumping station with 2 230V pumps - for 2 floats

Control of a home pumping station EM4IS ASPP is the second easiest way to automatically operate sewage pumps in a tank, after the float built directly into the pump. However, unlike this simplest type of control, ASPP allows you to control the operation of one or two pumps that do not have a built-in float and allows you to signal the alarm level. That's why switchboards ASPP 2 have two-level control:
- Stop/Start - Pump switching on and off levels are performed on one float due to low retention in the tank. The amount of retention is regulated by the length of the working part of the float cable and the level of its hanging.
- Alarm - Level of alarm signaling about tank overflow and additional activation of the second pump (or both in the event of Stop/Start float failure). In this mode, the pumps will operate simultaneously in emergency mode and the alarm float will take over the functions of the Stop/Start float while activating the Alarm.
In automatic mode, the pumps operate alternately, and in situations of increased inflow and activation of the alarm float, they work simultaneously. In the event of a failure of one of the pumps, the other one automatically takes over its operation, and the user is notified of the emergency situation by an indicator light on the operator panel and an optical and acoustic signal on the control cabinet housing.
In manual mode, it is possible to pump the liquid up to the pump's suction level, but be careful not to cause it to become air-filled and, in the long run, overheat and damage it. The alarm works regardless of the Auto - Manual mode.
There is a "0" position between the Auto and Manual modes, which disables all control and notification functions. This does not mean cutting off the power supply, that is what the Main Switch is for!
Wardrobe equipment:
- Flame-retardant polyester housing with cable glands
- Main switch
- Residual current circuit breaker
- Adjustable motor switch for each pump
- Auto - 0 - Manual control
- Alternate operation of two pumps, in the event of failure of one, the other one takes over its operation completely
- If the pump operates continuously for more than 20 minutes, the pumps are replaced
- Signaling the level change with indicator lights on the panel
- Three levels: Stop - Start - Alarm
- Two control floats: Stop/Start - Alarm
- Optical-acoustic signaling beacon
- Key lock: electric and system
- Waterproof and dustproof housing, resistant to weather conditions
- Plinth to choose from the list:
- version without plinth,
- with buried plinth,
- or with a pedestal for mounting on the tank plate.
-
Optional: GSM monitoring - alarm messages in the form of SMS
- P1 pump failure
- P2 pump failure
- Alert level
- No power
The ASPP 2 control cabinet does not include floats, which can be purchased separately. The recommended level signaling set is ZSP-2.
