The coupling foot is also often called a clutch knee for professional assembly of submersible pumps in pumping stations. Thanks to the coupling foot, the pump with a screwed hook is lowered to the bottom of the tank or pulled out after two tubular guides without having to enter the tank. Even in the case of stuck pumping stations, when the DNA cannot be seen, the pump will accurately settle on the foot and satisfied. The sealing o-ring between the hook and the foot ensures effective adhesion of the planes and the tightness of the connection and, as a result, minimizing losses in the pump efficiency.
Low -like clipping knee has been designed for small sewage pumps with a vertical outlet upwards to enable their professional installation in the pumping station, in particular hanging on the support beam. Small dimensions are specially selected to limit the building space where it is impossible to hang pumps on traditional coupling feet.
The knee connection to the pipeline has a connector with an external thread adapted for direct mounting ball valve installation or a muff of the discharge pipeline.
