Sewage pumping station EM4IS PSO, called "estate" is a slightly larger version of a home pumping station, in which a tank with a larger diameter/retention is used (Ø1000 mm internal), which allows the installation of two alternately operating pumps. Thanks to this solution, we obtain a sewage pumping station with higher capacity and much greater reliability. In the event of a failure of one of the pumps, we can remove it for service, and the pumping station will continue to operate on one pump, ensuring complete coverage of the demand for pumping sewage from a large multi-family house, tenement house, small company, workshop, or restaurant. etc.

The difference between a home pumping station and a housing estate pumping station is a conventional matter and depends on the type and parameters of the pumps used, the capacity of the pressure pipelines and the version of the control used. Housing pumping stations EM4IS PSO, can service both single houses and their clusters, tenement houses, production plants and entire housing estates.

Advantages of the PSO-B housing estate sewage pumping station

  • Simple construction modular - all elements (except the tank) are repairable or replaceable, making them easy to service,
  • Major components operated from ground level - slider knobs placed under the cover, pump pulled out along guides by a chain, control floats pulled out by a stainless chain - it's important so that in the event of a breakdown there is no need to enter the tank flooded with sewage!
  • Lowered pumps for a stainless chain along tubular guides onto the coupling foot,
  • Gravitational ventilation - ensuring continuous removal of accumulating toxic and dangerous gases such as hydrogen sulphide or methane,
  • Stainless steel manhole steps - for emergency descent to the bottom of the tank if necessary,
  • Corrosion resistance - only highly corrosion-resistant materials are used, such as PE polyethylene, stainless steel or powder-coated cast iron.

The PSO-B type housing sewage pumping station includes:

  1. PEHD tank with internal diameter. Ø1000 mm and height to choose from the list.
  2. Insulated and lockable cover.
  3. Anti-slip manhole steps for emergency descent to the bottom of the tank.
  4. Coupling foot with two 3/4" guides.
  5. Discharge risers, ball check valves, shut-off ball valves and outlet diameter to choose from the list,
  6. The knobs of the shut-off valves are placed under the tank cover.
  7. In version B there are separate ones for each pump: a coupling foot with two guides, a ball check valve, a cut-off ball valve (DN50) or a wedge gate valve (DN65 and DN80).
  8. Stainless steel hook and chain with shackles for pulling the pump.
  9. Supporting structures as needed.

The pumping station does not contain a pump or control, which must be properly selected and purchased separately.

If the selected configuration is not immediately available, the delivery time is approximately 10 business days.

It is possible to order the service: making PVC160 inlet holes on the construction site (adapting to existing conditions) and connecting pipelines to the pumping station, connecting the control, starting the pumping station and training the staff - ask for details!
