Dear customers:

We present to you NEW YEAR'S HOT SET composed of:

  1. Household sewage pumping station EM4IS version A
  2. TIANA sewage pumps with Vortex impeller
  3. Automatic pump controller 3XAL PRO
  4. Wi-Fi module for remote control and observation of the operation of the pumping station.

You can select and configure each of the above-mentioned elements separately according to your needs, e.g. tank height, power and type of pump power supply, electronic controller with Wi-Fi control function thanks to the TUYA phone application.

  • You can choose from tanks with an internal diameter of 800 mm and a height from 2100 mm to 3540 mm (longer on request) 
  • Light stainless steel pumps 3XAL TIANA with power from 1.1kW to 2.2kW with a supply voltage of 230V or 400V
  • Automatic pump controller 3XAL PRO with the possibility of remote operation - we use pumps without built-in floats for the controller, and if you do not need the controller, we will only use a pump with a built-in control float.  

Advantages EM4IS PSP-A

  • Simple modular structure - repairable and serviceable,
  • Main components accessible from ground level: shut-off valve, control floats, pump chain, service quick connector for removing the pump, etc. - it's importantso as not to dive into the septic tank in the event of a failure,
  • The pump is pulled out by the chain and not for pieces of the discharge riser,
  • Tank height according to the customer's request,
  • Any amount of inflows from any side,
  • Gravitational ventilation: very important due to the toxic hydrogen sulphide and methane vapors accumulating in the tank,
  • Ball check valve removable with pump, which makes it easy to clean.

The standard angle between the inflow and discharge is 180 degrees, and the height is approx. 80 cm above the bottom of the tank. If you need a different angle or dimension, please contact us before purchasing a pumping station.

The PSP-A household sewage pumping station includes:

  1. PEHD tank with internal diameter. Ø800 mm and height to choose from the list,
  2. Discharge pipe DN50 and outlet from the PE63 pumping station,
  3. Inlet in the form of a hole with an EPDM rubber gasket for the PVC160 pipe.
  4. PVC50 gravity ventilation,
  5. Tight transitions for protective pipes for pump and float cables.
  6. Free-standing pump 3XAL TIANA with a 50mm free passage Vortex impeller,
  7. Driver 3XAL PRO with WI-FI control function

Marking example: PSP-501A21 - riser and outlet DN50, one pump, version A, tank height ~2100mm.
