The right selection of the pump is the basis for its efficiency and durability.

PSP is a brand home sewage pumping station EM4IS intended for servicing single-family and multi-family houses, small businesses and housing estates. This is the most frequently chosen version of the home pumping station among our customers. Version PSP-B it has a coupling foot at the bottom, onto which the pump is lowered along two pipe guides. If necessary, the pump is pulled out by the chain and the entire fittings remain in the tank. The shut-off ball valve is operated from ground level and does not require entering the tank. 

All equipment for a home pumping station EM4IS PSP-B is made of materials highly resistant to corrosion and aggressive effects of sewage: PE pipes and fittings, cut-off ball valve, guide beam, knob, nipples, chain, shackles and screws made of stainless steel, coupling foot and ball check valve made of powder-coated cast iron.

  • Gravitational ventilation: very important due to the accumulating toxic hydrogen sulphide and methane fumes.

The standard angle between the inflow and discharge is 180 degrees, and the height is approx. 80 cm above the bottom of the tank. If you need a different angle or dimension, please contact us before purchasing a pumping station.

The PSP-B household sewage pumping station includes:

  1. PEHD tank with internal diameter. Ø800 mm and height to choose from the list,
  2. The cover is insulated and closed.
  3. Coupling foot with two 3/4" guides (pulling out the pump without having to enter the tank).
  4. Ball check valve for sewage.
  5. Shut-off ball valve with a knob placed under the cover.
  6. Anti-slip manhole steps for descent to the bottom of the tank. 
  7. Discharge riser, shut-off and non-return fittings and a diameter outlet to choose from the list,
  8. Inlet in the form of a hole with an EPDM rubber gasket for a PVC160 pipe or PVC200 connector (prefabricated),
  9. PVC50 gravity ventilation (long and short for air circulation).
  10. Tight transitions for protective pipes for pump and float cables.
  11. Stainless steel hook and stainless chain with shackles for pulling out the pump.

Marking example: PSP-401B23 - riser and outlet DN40, one pump, version B, tank height ~2300mm.

The pumping station does not include a pump or control, which must be purchased separately.
