PWD12-B Rainwater pumping station Ø1200

Rainwater pumping station type PWD12-B includes:

1. PEHD tank with internal diameter. Ø1200 mm and height to choose from the list,
2. Number of pump connections to choose from,
3. Discharge risers, shut-off and non-return fittings and a diameter outlet to choose from the list,
4. In version B for each pump: a coupling foot with two guides, a ball check valve, a shut-off valve, a stainless chain.
5. The knobs of the shut-off valves are placed under the tank cover.
6. Stainless steel manhole steps to the bottom of the tank.
7. Two gravity ventilation fireplaces.
   
8. Guide beam.

Due to too many combinations of fitting diameters and tank heights, estimates are made individually upon request. Please provide:

1. Expected inflow amount in l/s or m3/h
2. Length and diameter of the discharge pipeline
3. Level differences from the water surface in the tank to the outlet
4. Pressure at the end of the discharge pipeline (expansion well or pressure pipeline)
5. Control type:

  • Controller for installation inside the building,
  • Control cabinet for 2 floats (ASPP)
  • Control cabinet for 3 floats (ASPO)
  • Control cabinet for 4 floats (ASPK)
  • Control cabinet for 5 floats (APD)

The given price applies to an example of a two-pump pumping station PWD12 with a tank Ø1200 x 3020 and discharge risers DN50 (2") according to the standard described above. Does not include pumps or controls.
