PWD8-B Rainwater pumping station Ø800

Rainwater pumping station type PWD8-B includes:

1. PEHD tank with internal diameter. Ø800 mm,
2. Number of pump connections - 1,
3. Pressure risers, shut-off and non-return fittings,
4. In version B for the pump: coupling foot with two guides, ball check valve, shut-off valve, stainless chain.
5. The shut-off valve knob is placed under the tank cover.
6. Stainless steel manhole steps to the bottom of the tank.
7. Two gravity ventilation pipes.
   
8. Guide beam.

Due to too many combinations of fitting diameters and tank heights, estimates are made individually upon request. Please provide:

1. Expected inflow amount in l/s or m3/h
2. Length and diameter of the discharge pipeline
3. Level differences from the water surface in the tank to the outlet
4. Pressure at the end of the discharge pipeline (expansion well or pressure pipeline)
5. Control type:

• • Float in the pump, 
  • Controller for installation inside the building,
  • Control cabinet for 2 floats (ASPP)
  • Control cabinet for 3 floats (ASPO)
  • Control cabinet for 4 floats (ASPK)
  • Others at the request of the customer.

The given price applies to an example of a single-pump pumping station PWD8 with a tank Ø800 x 2520 and a discharge pipe DN50 (2") according to the standard described above. Does not include pump or control.
