Cast iron chain weight EM4IS OŁP-2 (2kg) is used to effectively immobilize floats in the pumping station reservoir. Float signals, due to their buoyancy, tend to float on the surface of water (sewage). To ensure their proper operation, especially when there is more than one float in the set, we use a stainless steel chain with a weight at the bottom. We attach the floats to the chain at appropriate heights and the weight will protect them against free movement in the event of swirling or rippling of the liquid in the tank.
